Online Payments
All prices are in Australian dollars AUD.
In the case that you pay for a course with your credit card, we do not store your credit card number on our servers; however it may be retained by our payment gateway provider in circumstances where this is required.
In cases where your payment for a course fails for reasons including but not limited to insufficient card credit, or cheque dishonour, please contact the office, an alternate payment method is available.
Under no circumstances will Rapid Response be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or other damages resulting from the purchase, delivery, use, or return of any product or service purchased from this website beyond the value of the item purchased, including but not limited to loss of profits or interruption to business.
Upon payment we will issue a Tax invoice by email to your nominated email address.
Refund Policy
Should a cancellation of enrolment be advised more than 7 working days prior to the course, the student will be automatically enrolled into a future equivalent course, or may request a full refund.
Should a cancellation of enrolment be advised less than 7 working days prior to the course, no refund is applicable. The fee will be credited into a future equivalent course and must be used within 6 months.
When a non-attendance occurs, no refund or transfer is applicable.
Enrolment is accepted on the basis that Rapid Response will not be liable for costs incurred due to course cancelling or rescheduling.
In the unlikely event, of any course changes or cancellations by Rapid Response, a full refund or transfer to another course will be offered to all students.
Rapid Response will endeavour to give as early advice as possible.
Security
We use SSL encryption where applicable to protect the privacy of information in transit between this website, yourself, and our suppliers including payment gateways.
You acknowledge that the security of communications sent by electronic means cannot be guaranteed. You provide information to us via the internet at your own risk. We cannot accept responsibility for misuse or loss of, or unauthorised access to, your personal information where the security of information is not wholly within our control.
