By accessing our website, submitting a booking, or participating in any training provided by Rapid Response Training, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

1. About Rapid Response Training
Rapid Response Training provides First Aid, CPR, Nursing Skills, Disability Support training, workplace training, and educational workshops.
Where nationally recognised training is delivered, training and certification are provided in partnership with the applicable Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and are subject to the RTO’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

2. Course Bookings
When making a booking, you agree that:
All information supplied is accurate and complete.
You are authorised to make the booking for yourself or another participant.
Payment must be received before attending training unless alternative arrangements have been approved.
Course places are subject to availability.
Booking confirmations are only valid once payment and registration requirements have been completed.
Rapid Response Training reserves the right to refuse bookings where required.

3. Participant Responsibilities
Participants are responsible for ensuring they:
Meet any course prerequisites or entry requirements.
Complete any required online learning prior to attending practical training.
Provide accurate personal details required for enrolment and certification.
Arrive on time and are prepared to participate.
Participants must notify Rapid Response Training before attendance if they have any concerns regarding their ability to participate in practical activities.

4. Course Changes and Cancellation by Rapid Response Training
Rapid Response Training reserves the right to:
Reschedule courses.
Change trainers, venues, or delivery methods.
Cancel courses where required due to unforeseen circumstances, trainer availability, insufficient enrolments, weather events, or operational requirements.
If Rapid Response Training cancels a course, participants will be offered:
A transfer to another suitable course date; or
A full refund of fees paid.
Rapid Response Training is not responsible for additional costs incurred by participants, including travel, accommodation, loss of income, or other expenses.

5. Participant Conduct
Participants must:
Treat trainers, staff, and other participants respectfully.
Follow all safety instructions.
Participate appropriately in practical activities and assessments.
Rapid Response Training reserves the right to remove participants from training where behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, discriminatory, inappropriate, or impacts the learning environment.
No refund will be provided where a participant is removed due to unacceptable behaviour.

6. Certificates and Assessment Requirements
Certificates will only be issued once all course requirements have been successfully completed.
Requirements may include:
Completion of online learning.
Attendance requirements.
Practical demonstrations.
Written or verbal assessments.
Participants are responsible for ensuring all personal information provided is correct. Additional administration fees may apply for certificate corrections caused by incorrect information supplied at enrolment.

7. Pricing and Payments
All prices displayed are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Rapid Response Training reserves the right to change prices, course availability, and service offerings without notice.
Prices confirmed at the time of booking will generally remain unchanged unless an obvious pricing error has occurred.

8. Website Use
Information provided on this website is intended for general information purposes only.
Rapid Response Training makes reasonable efforts to ensure information is accurate; however, course details, availability, pricing, and requirements may change.
Users must not:
Copy or reproduce website content without permission.

Incorrect booking information supplied by participants.
Changes outside our reasonable control.
Events beyond our control.

By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with all requirements relating to your course participation.
