This specialised training program equips support workers, aged care staff, disability support professionals, and community care workers with the essential skills required to safely assist clients with stoma and ostomy care while maintaining comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
Combining theoretical knowledge with practical demonstrations and hands-on learning, participants will develop the confidence to provide daily stoma care, identify complications, maintain infection control standards, and know when to escalate concerns to healthcare professionals.
