Judy Bartlett holds a Master’s in Clinical Nursing and is the founder of both iCare Training and Rapid Response First Aid. Judy’s vision is centred on empowering individuals with the confidence and competence to act in emergencies — a mission that continues to drive every aspect of her work.
Nicholas Gerhard
Operations Manager
Nicholas began his teaching career at just 18, moving to Central Europe to teach English as a foreign language. This journey eventually led him to launch his own online English tutoring venture, where he honed strong business and IT skills—designing and managing his own courses, websites, and operations. Nicholas now holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and works within his family business, Rapid Response First Aid, where he continues to pursue his passion for education and training.

Belinda began her nursing and teaching career in Melbourne, gaining valuable experience in both tertiary hospitals and university settings.
With over 20 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, she brings a wealth of clinical knowledge and practical skills to our team. Belinda’s teaching style is dynamic, adaptable, and always professional.

With over 15 years of experience as a Dental Nurse and Practice Manager, Kiera has successfully run clinics alongside a diverse team of health professionals, building a strong foundation in healthcare administration.
