Judy Bartlett holds a Master’s in Clinical Nursing and is the founder of both iCare Training and Rapid Response First Aid. Judy’s vision is centred on empowering individuals with the confidence and competence to act in emergencies — a mission that continues to drive every aspect of her work.
Nicholas Gerhard
Operations Manager
Nicholas began his teaching career at just 18, moving to Central Europe to teach English as a foreign language. This journey eventually led him to launch his own online English tutoring venture, where he honed strong business and IT skills—designing and managing his own courses, websites, and operations. Nicholas now holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and works within his family business, Rapid Response First Aid, where he continues to pursue his passion for education and training.
Joshua Kent
Head Trainer
With over a decade of career experience training and teaching in the snowsports industry, Josh has built a strong foundation in practical, real-world wilderness first response as a snowboard instructor and backcountry guide across Japan, New Zealand, the United States and Australia. As a first aid trainer, Josh delivers clear, practical and engaging sessions focused on building genuine confidence. His training is hands-on and scenario-based, drawing on both outdoor and clinical experience to ensure participants leave with skills that are relevant, applicable, and easy to retain.

Administration Manager
Kiera plays a vital role as our Administration Manager, overseeing all individual and corporate bookings with efficiency and care. With over 15 years of experience as a Dental Nurse and Practice Manager, Kiera has successfully run clinics alongside a diverse team of health professionals, building a strong foundation in healthcare administration.
